徐国栋，博士，副教授，现任盐城师范学院绿色低碳学院储能科学与工程系主任。2011年获苏州大学学士学位，2015年获新加坡国立大学哲学博士学位，2016-2017年在中国地质大学（武汉）从事博士后研究，2018年加入盐城师范学院。现为常州大学兼职硕士生导师，2019年入选江苏省“双创博士”，2021年入选江苏省“科技副总”，2024年入选江苏省“333工程”第三层次，主持并完成国家自然科学基金项目1项，主持江苏省科技厅产学研合作项目2项，其中1项已完成。以第一作者或通讯作者在Chinese Chemical Letters, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry等期刊发表文章二十余篇。
