常营娜,女,山东菏泽人,汉族,博士,讲师,现任盐城师范学院绿色低碳学院副教授,2011年获得石河子大学化学化工学院工学学士学位,2015年获得北京化工大学化学学院工学硕士,2018年获得天津大学理学院理学博士学位,主要从事碳基储能与催化材料研究等方向的研究,近几年主持及参与盐城市基础研究计划指导性项目、盐城市自然科学软课题,并致力于基于亚铁基离子液体的高效低碳脱硝除尘一体化技术研发,发表SCI论文十余篇,申请国家发明专利两项。
