          常营娜,女,山东菏泽人,汉族,博士,讲师,现任盐城师范学院绿色低碳学院副教授,2011年获得石河子大学化学化工学院工学学士学位,2015年获得北京化工大学化学学院工学硕士,2018年获得天津大学理学院理学博士学位,主要从事碳基储能与催化材料研究等方向的研究,近几年主持及参与盐城市基础研究计划指导性项目盐城市自然科学软课题,并致力于基于亚铁基离子液体的高效低碳脱硝除尘一体化技术研发,发表SCI论文十余篇,申请国家发明专利两项。
